Associate membership is reserved for English- and French-speaking organizations, associations and institutions, as well as stakeholders concerned with the management and delivery of French-language municipal services to taxpayers who have paid their annual dues as established by the Board of Directors.

Rights of Associate Members

Any organization, association or individual who is an associate member under article 2.5 has the following rights:

  1. The right to speak but not to vote at any general meeting of the Association;
  2. The right to be elected or to elect an associate member representative to the Board of Directors;
  3. The right to see the Association’s financial reports with at least 30 days’ notice;
  4. The right to participate in the Association’s activities.
