Meeting objectives
AFMO’s objectives are based on training citizens and municipal political stakeholders in the challenges of sound governance based on parity, diversity and inclusion.
Formations help build self-confidence, enhance leadership skills, broaden the network of contacts and develop the knowledge needed to participate actively in Francophone or bilingual municipal politics.
For example, AFMO is committed to the development of collaboration, such as the training project carried out in 2023 in collaboration with Leadership féminin Prescott-Russell (LFPR) and the support of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM).
