Except by exception of the Board of Directors, individual membership is reserved for elected municipal officials, municipal executives and members of French-language advisory committees, who have paid their annual dues as established by the Board of Directors.

Rights of Individual Members

Any person who is an individual member of the Association, in accordance with sub-article 2.3, has the following rights:

  1. The right to speak and vote at any general meeting of the Association;
  2. The right to be elected to the various positions on the Association’s Board of Directors if the member is an elected municipal official;
  3. The right to see the Association’s financial reports with at least 30 days’ notice;
  4. The right to participate in the Association’s activities.
